On September 17, NCA welcomed families to our Lower and Upper Campuses for Back-to-School Night and Open House.

Parents visited the classrooms where their children spend each day learning and growing, met with teachers, and gained a closer look at school life. We were also happy to welcome families visiting NCA for the first time. It was a warm evening of conversation and connection, bringing our school community a little closer together.

🏫 A Closer Look at Life in the Classroom

Parents visited classrooms, met with teachers, and talked about their children’s learning and daily experiences at school. The glimpses of school life their children share at home came into clearer focus as teachers described what students are learning, how they spend their days, and what lies ahead.

These conversations helped parents better understand their children’s school experience while strengthening the connection between home and school.

🤝 Welcoming New Families

We were happy to welcome prospective families to our Open House. Visiting classrooms and talking with teachers gave them a chance to get to know NCA firsthand. Choosing a school comes with many questions and hopes for a child’s future. We hope the evening gave families a comfortable space to ask those questions, explore our school, and feel welcome in our community.

☀️ Supporting Our Children’s Growth Together

Parents and teachers see different parts of a child’s day. When we share what we notice at home and in the classroom—and take time to listen—we gain a fuller understanding of each child. Back-to-School Night offered a meaningful opportunity to connect in this way. Thank you to the parents who took time out of their busy schedules to join us, the families visiting NCA for the first time, and the teachers who welcomed them and shared thoughtful conversations.
