1.PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

New Covenant Academy operates an SMS text messaging program to send students, parents, and guardians information about campus events, student attendance inquiries, and school announcements. By opting in, you authorize New Covenant Academy to deliver recurring automated SMS messages to the mobile number you provide.

2.AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES / OPT-IN

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from New Covenant Academy at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of enrollment or of receiving any school service.

3.MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on school activity and the types of notifications you have opted into.

4.COST / MESSAGE & DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. New Covenant Academy does not charge for the messages, but your wireless carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5.OPT-OUT (STOP)

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After you send the request, you will receive one confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our original sign-up method.

7.SUPPORTED CARRIERS

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8.CHANGES TO DEVICE OR NUMBER

You agree to notify New Covenant Academy of any changes to your mobile number and to update your contact information so messages continue to reach you.

9.PRIVACY

Your information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at ncahuskies.org/smsprivacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10.CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

New Covenant Academy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
